A delicate zesty brew with the fresh citrus aroma of bergamot. This is a well-rounded and balanced tea, perfect for any time of day.

Add 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water (250ml). Brew for 3 to 4 minutes. Add milk, honey, sugar or a slice of lemon to taste if preferred.
